Delivery Orders

Within Ottawa

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. Once processed, our team coordinates delivery with our local courier partners.

We aim to deliver all Ottawa orders within 7 business days from processing. Once your order is scheduled for delivery, you will receive a notification from us.

Outside Ottawa

After processing your order, we coordinate delivery with our approved regional courier partners. Once courier availability and routing are confirmed, we aim to deliver your order within 10 business days.

You will be contacted if any additional information is required prior to scheduling delivery.

Local Pickup

Local pickup orders require 1–2 business days to prepare after your order is placed.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification from us confirming pickup availability and details. Please wait for this notification before arriving to collect your order.

Preorder Timelines

We understand that preorders can sometimes feel confusing, especially when timelines shift. Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance only and may change due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping schedules, customs clearance, or courier availability.
